Sportprogramme für zu Hause

Power-Workouts

Kleine Übungen und Spiele

Spielerische Halteübungen und Turnen an einem Seil oder Judogürtel.

1. Aufgabe:
10 Minuten klettern.

Versucht auf unterschiedliche Weise, so lange wie möglich am Seil zu bleiben, ohne den Boden zu berühen.

2. Aufgabe:

Klimmzüge in der Schräglage.
Zieht euch 5x 10 Wiederholungen am Seil hoch.

3. Aufgabe: Baut euch eine Schaukel und lasst die Seele baumeln. :)

Altersklasse 4-14 Jahre
Dauer: 20-30 Minuten

Judo ab dem 3. Lebensjahr.

4 Wochen kostenlos testen.
